Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a PestLeadger account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use PestLeadger.

2. Description of Service

PestLeadger is a software-as-a-service platform for commercial pest control operators. It provides chemical application logging, compliance report generation, technician roster management, and WDI inspection reporting tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use PestLeadger for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content
Resell or sublicense the service without written permission

5. Compliance Responsibility

PestLeadger generates compliance reports based on the data you enter. You are solely responsible for ensuring your records are accurate, complete, and meet your jurisdiction's regulatory requirements. PestLeadger is a record-keeping tool, not a substitute for professional regulatory advice.

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of PestLeadger is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of data you enter into PestLeadger.

8. Intellectual Property

PestLeadger and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of PestLeadger and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PestLeadger shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PestLeadger after changes constitutes acceptance.
