Your data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and session-based authentication.
We do not store payment card data. Payments are processed by Stripe.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, email us at support@pestledger.polsia.app. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion, data is retained for up to 90 days for backup purposes before permanent deletion.
PestLeadger uses a single session cookie (pl_sid) to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
PestLeadger is intended for licensed pest control operators and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
